5.12 Provision of evidence

Accreditation candidates must provide evidence to show familiarity with and understanding of the subject matter described in this unit, as applicable and relevant to their own professional discipline. The evidence may take many forms including:

  • Contractual and tender documentation or reports
  • Cost planning and cost control documents
  • Photographic and other records of the works on site
  • Maintenance plans
  • Property management plans and reports
  • Health and safety planning documentation and reports
  • Monitoring and review proposals and reports
  • Other forms of evidence including curricula vitae, educational qualifications, employment details and experience, membership of bodies, details of courses undertaken, CPD records, publications and references.
